In February of 2008 Abeo Corporation (Abeo), Collaborative Technical Solutions (CT Solutions), and Earl Industries joined forces to form a new corporate entity, Abeo Technical Solutions LLC (AbeoTS), as part of the Earl Technology Group. Led by CEO Rear Admiral Jay B. Yakeley, USN (Ret) and President William Adams, AbeoTS combines the best of breed from each of the companies to provide Innovative Security Systems Solutions, System Engineering, Integration and Program Management Services at critical infrastructure locations within the Commercial, Industrial, Government and Military marketplace.

Summary of companies that formed AbeoTS:

Abeo Corporation was launched as a service-disabled veteran-owned IT Service provider for the United States Navy. Over time, Abeo consolidated its position as a Technology Services company in the following areas: System Engineering and Integration; Information Security, End-to-End Secure Wireless Solutions and Advanced Consulting Services; all to help customers reap the benefits of new as well as existing technology investment.  

CT Solutions, a veteran owned company, specialized in understanding how to assess critical infrastructure security needs and provide cost effective solutions to counter threats. This was done in a way that built on the existing infrastructure of the facility and good faith efforts was made to implement technical solutions that often provide revenue streams. The disciplined processes included; Threat Assessment, Risk Analysis, Infrastructure Design, System Solution, Technology Products Approach, Program Planning and Management and Support Services.

Earl Industries, a veteran owned company, best-known for its work in ship repair for the Navy and metal manufacturing, assembled a group of complimenting technology companies as part of the Earl Technology Group. As a member company, AbeoTS has access to expert services and resources in the following disciplines:

Since the tragedy of 9/11, the AbeoTS staff have been working directly with the Federal government to build strategies, establish policies, and develop technologies to fight the War on Terror.

It is part of our mission to enhance the nation’s ability to communicate and coordinate the efforts of Federal, State, and Local officials in the event of a disaster in order to provide the right information, to the right person, at the right time.

In working with such a wide range of organizations, AbeoTS has been instrumental in the creation of a wide range of plans and material such as the US-VISIT Program Cost-Benefit Analysis and Budget, the Customs and Border Protection National Security Plan, and the Defense Acquisition University’s Level III Program Managers Systems Acquisitions Course.

AbeoTS has designed and implemented highly successful complex system security design solutions for the TSA in Helena Montana and Tallahassee Florida. In addition, AbeoTS has developed an integrated security and communications master plan and design solution for the Potomac Basin and its surrounding military bases and communities to include Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Bolling Air Force Base, and the Washington Navy Yard.
