How We Work: Overview of Consulting & Implementation Services
At AbeoTS, we pride ourselves in offering a comprehensive consulting program that helps make all installations thoroughly robust, yet fully understandable and manageable.
All full consulting engagements follow the following 3 phases:
- Analysis
- System Design
- Implementation
1. Analysis Phase
This is a collaborative phase, in which we work closely with clients stakeholders on:
- Policy: Work with your security policy manual and key stakeholders and focus on threats and priorities; i.e. Who's authorized to be where, when?
- Concept of Operations: How do you intend to enforce the policy?
- Response: When a violation is detected, how do you intend to react to it?
The outcome of this process will be a coherent, complete, efficient approach to enforcing your policies that protect you from the threats.
The outputs are modeled into a set of scenarios that will be automated by the AWARE rules engine.

2. System Design Phase
In order to enforce the policy, what input and output will the system need to enable?
AbeoTS's consultants work with clients to design a comprehensive solution that addresses all relevant areas of the policy enforcement, anticipates possible threats and exceptions, and has a structured methodology for notifying the first responders that need to know in a timely and efficient manner. Will analyze technology already in place, and assess how it can best be used as part of a comprehensive AWARE-enabled system.

3. Implementation Phase
AbeoTS will work flexibly to help deliver a complete integrated AWARE-based system. We will provide systems integration for AWARE, as well as advice and even installation service for related sub-systems and components.
Training and maintenance support is available along with direct support to evaluate system performance in the area of false alarm prevention.
